Both reach the same person. The second address is on Proton Mail: use it if you are on Proton and want the message encrypted end to end, or if the first one bounces.

Which channel for what

Commercial license. Email astra@attentionform.com. The plain-language licensing page says who needs one.
Security problem. Do not post it in public. Use the private report on GitHub (the repository's Security tab) or email astra@attentionform.com. See the security policy.
Bug or missing feature. Open a GitHub issue with the smallest file or command that shows it.
Quick question or show and tell. Discord.
Do not send real documents. If a bug needs a file, make a small test file with no personal or confidential content.
